Jerry Holloway, 2000 - Jerry was a four-year football letterwinner and track standout, receiving All-American honors in both sports. Holloway remains WIU's most prolific hurdler, having won the NCAA Division II 110-meter high hurdles title as a freshman in 1975. He finished second in the nation his sophomore, junior and senior years. He played several years of professional football in the NFL and USFL, and was inducted into the NCAA Track & Field Hall of Fame in 1998.
