Western Hall and Hanson Field Rental
Western Hall and Hanson Field serve as NCAA athletic game/practice space and large scale program/special event space for Western Illinois University. The University Union Scheduling and Event Services Department is responsible for the coordination of all non-NCAA Athletic special events by student organizations, campus entities, and external organizations. Fees will be incurred for the utilization of Western Hall and Hanson Field. Cost of facilities and expenses pertaining to use (i.e. security) are outlined in a site agreement provided by Scheduling and Event Services to eligible entities.
