37th Annual Purple and Gold Gala a Success!

Western Illinois University Athletics and the Leatherneck Club will host their premier fundraising event of the year on Saturday, August 15 in the Union Grand Ballroom. The 37th Annual Purple & Gold Gala promises an exciting evening featuring a social hour, silent auction, dinner, and live auction.

Guests will enjoy a vibrant atmosphere beginning with a social hour and silent auction, followed by a dinner featuring a variety of food stations inspired by some of the favorite dishes of Leatherneck coaches. The evening will conclude with an engaging live auction, featuring exclusive items such as autographed memorabilia, unique team experiences, vacation packages, and a wide range of items perfect for any Leatherneck fan.

A preview of auction items will be available beginning July 16 on the official Purple & Gold Auction website.

Event Timeline
5:00 p.m. – Doors Open | Social Hour, Cash Bar (complimentary beer & wine) & Silent Auction
6:30 p.m. – Food Stations Open
7:45 p.m. – Silent Auction Closes & Program Begins
8:00 p.m. – Live Auction Begins

Registration Information
Secure your spot by registering online through the Auction Website.

Individual registration features first-come, first-served seating at $50 per person. Reserved tables are available for groups, with pricing set at $400 for a table of eight and $500 for a table of ten.

Traveling from Out of Town?
Guests are encouraged to book accommodations at the Union Hotel located on campus or explore additional lodging options through the Macomb Area Visitors Bureau.
