Bill Heap, 2000 - Bill has been a loyal contributor of many years of dedication to WIU Athletics. Heap played basketball for two seasons (1959-60) at WIU and also participated in golf (1959-61). He has been a long-time member, and past president, of the Western Athletic Club (now Leatherneck Club) and has served on its Advisory Board for 16 years.
