Macomb, IL - The Western Illinois Women's Golf team finishes their fall season at the Charles Braun Jr. Invitational on Monday, Oct. 20th, through Tuesday, Oct. 21st.

Returning Big Names

Western Illinois returns two players from last year's squad for the women. Sophomore Sophia Thorne played in all five events from the previous season, with her best finish being a tie for 34th at the OVC Championships. Sophomore Cianna Law played in all five events last season. 

New Faces 

The women's team welcomes junior Libby Larkin to WIU from Waterloo, Iowa, where she qualified for the NJCAA national championships with Hawkeye Community College. Freshman Dina Khvastovich hails from Belarus, where she has been awarded the Women's Belarus Golf Open Cup, the Spring Open Cup, and the VII Minsk Golf Club Cup.

Golf Course 

The Charles Braun Jr. Invitational is played at the Western Hills Country Club in Evansville, Indiana. Round one and two take place on Monday, and round three takes place on Tuesday.
