What Credit Cards do you accept?
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express
Football game day sales do not accept credit cards.
Basketball game day sales do not accept American Express
At what age will my child need to purchase a ticket to gain admission into events?
All children 3 and under do not need to purchase a ticket, but must sit on the lap of a ticketed patron.
I purchased tickets and left them on the counter at home. What can I do?
Speak with any member of the ticket staff and they will direct you to the appropriate person to re-issue your tickets. Appropriate identification will be required to re-issue all tickets. Re-issuing tickets will invalidate the original set. Those using original tickets after re-issue will face ejection from the stadium.
What is a "General Admission" ticket?
A general admission ticket allows the holder to sit in any section designated general admission. Seats within a general admission section are available on a first-come-first-serve, game-by-game basis.
What is "Will Call" and where is it located?
Will Call is a designated area where tickets purchased in advance are available to be picked up the day of the event.
Football Will Call is located at the South West Corner of Hanson field (Nearest to the University Union). The appropriate window is labeled "Will Call." Will Call will be open one and a half hours before kickoff
Basketball Will Call is located inside Western Hall at a table near the ticket office. The table will be labeled "Will Call." Will Call is open 1 hour prior to tip off.
Why am I being charged a processing fee for my purchase?
All fees are used to help assist the athletic department defray costs associated with ticket processing. Processing fees help cover the cost of online processing, mailing and postage, credit card transactions, and phone charges. A benefit of this system is the ability to see all available seats, select your own seat, and see the view from that seat. Additionally, there is no waiting in line at the game!
When are season tickets going to be mailed out?
Football and basketball season tickets will be mailed out approximately 3 weeks before the first home game. Leatherneck Club materials will be mailed out in at the beginning of August. Please call the ticket office to confirm the mailing address on file if you do not receive your tickets.
Where can I find more information about the parking benefits associated with the Leatherneck Club?
The Leatherneck Club is the fundraising arm of Leatherneck Athletics. All funds help the student athletes with travel, equipment, and necessities to aid their success. Parking benefits are structured at various levels as well as a number of additional benefits. More information can be found here.
