Tournament | Big O Classic

MACOMB, IL - The Western Illinois Women's Golf teams continue their season at the Big O Classic on Monday, Oct. 13th, through Tuesday, Oct. 14th. This is the third of four for the Women's team. 

Returning Big Names 
Western Illinois returns two players from last year's squad. Sophomore Sophia Thorne played in all five events from the previous season, with her best finish being a tie for 34th at the OVC Championships. Sophomore Cianna Law played in all five events last season. 

New Faces 
The women's team welcomes junior Libby Larkin to WIU from Waterloo, Iowa, where she qualified for the NJCAA national championships with Hawkeye Community College. Freshman Dina Khvastovich hails from Belarus, where she has been awarded the Women's Belarus Golf Open Cup, the Spring Open Cup, and the VII Minsk Golf Club Cup.

Golf Course 
The Big O Classic is played at the Oak Hills Country Club in Omaha, Nebraska. Round one takes place on Monday, and round two takes place on Tuesday.
