MACOMB, Ill. - Western Illinois women's soccer's Kristin Becker has been named Papa John's Scholar-Athlete of the Week after scoring the game-winning goal against Northwestern on August 23.

Besides her game-winning goal which she scored off a corner kick, the senior defender was also part of a defense that held the Wildcats to one goal on 22 shots. It was Becker's second career game-winning goal.

Becker is the owner of three career assists and two career goals.

The Brookfield, Wis. native is majoring in Nursing and carries a 3.726 cumulative grade point average.
