ELMHURST, Ill.- Senior Martin Boström was named The Summit League Player of the Week after winning both his singles and doubles match in a 6-1 loss to the No. 52 Drake.

Boström (Stockholm, Sweden/Varmdo Gymnasium) defeated Mauricio Ballivian 7-6 (7-5), 6-3 at No. 2 singles. Boström teamed with freshman Francisco Ortiz to beat Guilherme Marsiglia and Bokang Setshogo in a tiebreaker, 9-8 (7-4).

Boström and the rest of the Leathernecks return to action Saturday, February 9, at Cedar Rapids, Iowa against Coe College, and against Creighton Sunday, February 10.
