Macomb, IL - Western Illinois Athletics partners with Vivenu for a new Ticketing Infrastructure.
Western Illinois University (WIU) Athletics has selected Vivenu as its ticketing partner to streamline its athletic operations and enhance the fan experience. The partnership officially begins with the launch of Leatherneck Football season ticket sales in April for the 2026 season.
By migrating to Vivenu's API-first platform, WIU Athletics moves to a centralized ticketing infrastructure built for modern college athletics. The transition allows the department to unify its ticketing needs under one system, having full control of the customer data, optimize internal workflows and providing a more flexible interface for its fan base.

This new platform will bring our department up to date with modern technology and offer convenience for online purchasing customers," WIU Athletics Director of Tickets and Events, JC Miller said. "The Vivenu platform offers a streamlined digital experience, allowing fans to easily manage their tickets on their mobile devices, but we will absolutely continue to provide the option for traditional physical tickets for those who want them."
