JC Miller serves as the Director of Tickets and Events, a position held since 2025, after working as the External Relations Graduate Assistant from 2023 to 2025 for WIU athletic's department. In these roles, JC has contributed to enhancing fan engagement, event operations, and ticketing initiatives while supporting the overall success of the department. JC earned a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Administration in 2023, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management in 2024 from Western Illinois University.
