MACOMB, Ill. – Western Illinois Baseball has announced its First Pitch Dinner, presented in partnership with OVC Baseball, scheduled for Saturday, January 31, 2026, at 6 p.m. at Park Place.

The First Pitch Dinner serves as a kickoff celebration for the upcoming Leatherneck baseball season and provides fans, alumni, and supporters an opportunity to connect with the program. The evening will feature a dinner program, remarks from coaches and staff, and the chance to hear directly from members of the WIU Baseball team as preparations continue for the 2026 season.

Coach Davis Comments:

"This will be an outstanding evening for Western Illinois Baseball and for the community of Macomb. This event annually kicks off the Baseball Season and is a great opportunity for parents, friends, alumni, and anyone who is connected to our program to spend an intimate evening with our program. This Team has had an extremely good fall, and I am proud of the progress that we continue to make as a program, and I look forward to everyone having the opportunity to meet them prior to the season starting.
