Last Time Out | The Western Illinois Women's Golf team performed at the Butler Don Benbow Spring Invitational in Oldsmar, Florida. The team finished in 11th place. Natalie Hooper and Gabriela Galindo Rubio both posted +18, finishing T34. Hooper found success in the first round. Hooper buried a birdie on hole one and followed it with three straight pars. Galindo Rubio, who golfed as an individual this week for WIU, had a birdie in the first round and followed it with 11 pars in the second round.

Returning Big Names | Olivia Kerr is coming off of a top-20 performance. Kerr put together back-to-back 79 to finish +7 over the 36-hole tournament. Kerr got the ball rolling in the first round as two birdies fell. In round three, Kerr succeeded on the back nine as she had three birdies in six holes, including back-to-back birdies on holes 15 and 16.

Golf Course | The WIU Intercollegiate is played at TPC Deere Run in Silvis, Illinois. The course is a par 71 that plays 6,804 yards. Rounds one and two will be played on Apr. 5, while round three will be played on Apr. 6.
