Sophomore offensive lineman Jacob Judd (Clinton, Iowa/Clinton) was named Hampton Inn 'Scholar-Athlete of the Week' following his performance to help the Leathernecks win at 12th-ranked UNI.
Judd, who was also named Missouri Valley Football Conference ‘Offensive Lineman of the Week’, and the Leathernecks made it four straight games with a 100-yard rusher, as Nikko Watson gained 115 yards on the ground, and the offense out-gained the Panthers 396-261 in total yards.

Judd and the offensive line extended the streak to five straight games without allowing a sack, as the Leathernecks rank second nationally in fewest pass sacks allowed (two allowed in six games). Judd has started every game this season at center.
He carries a 3.90 cumulative GPA majoring in Law Enforcement Justice Administration.
