Biography
2023-24: During outdoor season, finished seventh at the OVC Championships in the triple jump and 100 hurdles. Finished second in the 100 hurdles and triple jump at the SIUE Cougar Classic. During indoor season, finishing fifth at the OVC Championships in the 60 hurdles and ninth in the triple jump. Was third in the triple jump at the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic in the triple jump and was third at the Black and Gold Invite in the 60 hurdles. Fourth in program history in the 60 meter indoor hurdles, 10th in the indoor women’s triple jump, and ninth in the women’s outdoor 100 hurdles.

BEFORE WIU: Armstrong is transferring from Drury University where she set personal bests of 8.91 in the 60 hurdles, 14.26 in the 100 hurdles, and 11.79 (38' 8.25") in the triple jump. In her prep years at Bloom Township, Armstrong made the finals for the triple jump, long jump, and 100 meter hurdles at the 2021 Illinois class 3A state championship.
