AWARDS & ACCOLADES:
• Named a 2012 Summit League Fall Academic All-League
JUNIOR COLLEGE: Attended Illinois Central College and ran an 8K personal record of 26:40.
HIGH SCHOOL: During his senior year at Canton High School he placed 2nd at state for cross country. He also ran track and played basketball. His personal record in the cross country 3 mile was 16:18 and the track 2 mile was 10:18. Was the 2009 5th Man of the Year by Dyestat Illinois.
PERSONAL: Majoring in Biology... son of Randy Hopper and Beth Utt... born on August 13, 1992. He enjoys listening to Jason Aldean and is a die-hard fan of the Minnesota Vikings. He also enjoys hunting and fishing in his free time.
