Trevena, Huston, and Beckmier Set PR's at NCAA Regional

Macomb, Ill- The men's and women's cross country teams finished their fall season at the NCAA Regional Meet last Friday with PR's being set by Madison Trevena, Maleigha Huston, and Logan Beckmier.

On the women's side, Trevena placed 90th overall in the 6K race setting a PR with a time of 21:25.66, while Huston placed 147th overall also setting a PR with a time of 22:14.85. Finishing behind Huston was Lydia Bennett with a time of 23:00.17. The Leathernecks did not have enough runners to score any points at the meet.

On the men's side, Logan Lommel finished in 122nd place overall in the 10K with a time of 31:40.85 and finishing right behind him in 123rd place was Logan Beckmier, setting a PR with a time of 31:41.97. Rounding out the finishers for WIU was Sean Hudspath with a time of 32:21.65 and Eason Comer with a time of 33:24.86. The Leathernecks also did not have enough runners to score any points.
