Leatherneck Club Board of Directors and Officers Selected

MACOMB, IL -- Western Illinois University Athletics has announced the reactivation of the Leatherneck Club Board of Directors, the representative organization which assists in broadening the scope of development, fundraising, and promotion for the Leatherneck's athletic program.
 
"I am excited about what this volunteer board can help us do as we reach out to alumni, community members, parents of current and past student-athletes, and Leatherneck fans throughout the region, state, and far beyond," Paul A. Bubb, director of Athletics said. "We need the support of many, and this group will help us extend our reach beyond what we on the staff can ever accomplish."
 
Members of the Leatherneck Club Board of Directors include officers Todd Lester, president and Joe Roselieb, vice president. Board members include John Biernbaum, Jessica Butcher, Jerry Cremer, Stacy Dorethy, Jason Duncan, Cathy Early, Karen Helmers, Jeff Mabrey, Seth Minter, Dan O'Neill, Pat Osterman, Carol Scott, Amanda Silberer, Lin Stults and Mike Woodrum. Serving the board in ex-officio capacities are Dwaine Roche, James Carter and Thomas Cornelis.
 
In addition to assisting with the annual fund drive, the Leatherneck Club hosts the Leatherneck Club Golf Classic (June 5) and the Purple and Gold Auction (Aug. 12).
