Brad Bainter,1996 - Brad is the sixth-leading scorer in WIU men's basketball history, finishing with 1,508 points for a 15.5 scoring average between 1975-79. In 1995, he was inducted into the Illinois Basketball Coaches Hall of Fame. He currently serves as the Western Illinois University Vice President for Advancement and Public Services.
