Peyton Souhrada joined the Western Illinois softball program in 2026 after completing her collegiate career at Cornell College, where she was a four-year starter and four-time First Team All-Conference selection, two-time All-Region honoree, and four-time Academic All-Conference selection. A left-handed outfielder from Wilton, Iowa, Souhrada gained coaching experience through an internship at Cornell, assisting with player development, recruiting, scouting, and game preparation. She graduated from Cornell College in May 2026 with a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art – Graphic Design and is passionate about player development, building relationships, and helping student-athletes reach their potential.
