REDSHIRT-FRESHMAN (2010): Played in the Indiana State game and recorded a tackle.

FRESHMAN (2009): Redshirted.

HIGH SCHOOL: First Team All-State (D-End) by the Des Moines Register... earned Third Team All-State honors by the INA... First Team All-Conference and All-Area at defensive end, and earned Second Team All-Conference accolades as a fullback... led the team with 10 sacks his senior season... during his junior year selected Third Team All-Conference and First Team All-Area... played for coach John Flaherty... lettered in football and baseball.

PERSONAL: Born October 1, 1990 in Burlington, Iowa... No. 1 sports highlight was recording four sacks and a blocked punt in a game... his father has been a major influence, "He has always pushed me to be the best and always gives me advice on how to become a better player."... most admires coach Jim Davidson, "He taught me how to be a man on the field and saw my true talent as a freshman knowing I'd make it to a Division I program."... enjoys hunting, fishing, building things and riding four-wheelers... favorite professional teams are the Chicago Bears and St. Louis Cardinals... favorite musician is George Strait and country music... son of Don Riley and Shelly Breuer.
