Western Illinois University Athletics

Erin Jordan is a graduate assistant in the athletic academic advising department. Her duties include assisting in the day-to-day activities in the academic advising office, and mentoring student-athletes with their studies. Jordan is studying to obtain her master's degree in sports management.

Prior to arriving at Western Illinois, Jordan helped coach The Veritas School's (Jackson, MIss.) girls track and field team to the state championship in 2005-06, working primarily with distance runners. She also acted as the head coach of Veritas' cross country teams. Under her tutelage, the girls placed second in state, while the boys finished third.

Jordan was a four-year letter winner in cross country, indoor track and field, and outdoor track and field at University of Mississippi.
