Thanks for your interest in volunteering at the 2019 Summit League Championships hosted by Western Illinois University!
This is your Official Volunteer Portal where you will be able to find out everything you need to know about being a part of the Summit League Outdoor Track and Field Championships. All events will be hosted at Hanson Field located in Macomb, Illinois Wednesday, May 8th - Friday, May 10th.

Key volunteer information you should know:
1. REQUIREMENTS: Volunteers must be at least 16 years old (prior to their first shift). Please make sure to show up to your shifts at least 15 minutes before the official shift start.
2. AVAILABILITY: Beginning Wednesday, May 8th at 9am and running through Friday, May 10th at 4pm, there will be multiple volunteer opportunities available. Volunteer positions are available in the following areas: Field Events, Track Events, Team Check-In and Volunteer Check-In.
3. TRAINING: If selected, an orientation packet including information specific to the tournament and volunteer positions along with other instructions, will be emailed to you. Volunteers will receive an official uniform shirt and credential.
4. UNIFORM: The official volunteer uniform shirt should be worn with clean and well-maintained khaki pants and comfortable shoes.
