Biography

SENIOR (2016): Third Team All-America (HERO Sports, STATS)... First Team All-Missouri Valley Football Conference... leaves Western as the all-time leader in: receptions (273), yards (3,796), touchdowns (28), 100-yard games (14), 200-yard games (2), and consecutive games with a catch (41)... in all listed among the ‘Top 5’ on 29 occasions for single-game, season and career records – including 10 total records held... broke the Missouri Valley Football Conference all-time record for most catches... ended his career third all-time among MVFC leaders in yardage... played in all 48 games of his career, starting 47 times... caught a pass in his final 41 consecutive games... set career-high with 231 receiving yards on 11 receptions and a touchdown against Northern Arizona. He overtook sole possession of the career TD lead with his 22nd TD catch... took possession of his fifth career WIU record when he made a catch at Northern Illinois, his 33rd consecutive game with a catch. Finished with 83 yards on five receptions... caught 10 passes at South Dakota State totaling 84 yards with a touchdown... recorded his second straight 200-yard receiving game at home when he caught 11 passes for 204 yards versus Indiana State. SOPHOMORE (2014): First Team All-MVFC... became one of five Leathernecks to record 1,000 receiving yards in a season, and the only non-senior to reach that milestone... set WIU record with 75 receptions in a season... team-leading 1,030 yards and seven touchdowns... in two seasons already ranks ninth all-time in yards (1,519), fourth in 100-yard games (6), seventh in receptions (114), and tied for sixth in touchdowns (14)... fifth in the league and 36th nationally in TD catches... third in the conference in yards per game (85.8) and was 23rd nationally... second-most receptions in the MVFC and 19th in the country at 6.3 per game... ranked fifth in the MVFC averaging 17.8 yards per kickoff return... caught three passes for 53 yards versus Valparaiso... caught two passes for 14 yards at Wisconsin... matched a personal-best with seven catches (totaling 68 yards) against Drake... added 36 yards on three kickoff returns in the win... career-highs of 11 receptions for 115 yards at Northwestern... matched his career-high of 115 receiving yards at Southern Illinois (on seven receptions)... included was a career-long 50-yard pass reception and he had two kickoff returns of 23 and 22 yards... caught an 11-yard pass against North Dakota State... improved on his career-high, recording 132 yards at Youngstown State (on eight receptions)... caught his first two touchdowns of the season... named MVFC Offensive Player of the Week following the Illinois State game, first time in his career, and the College Football Performance Awards Honorable Mention... career-highs of 12 receptions for 195 yards and matched his personal-best of two TD receptions versus ISU... tied the WIU season record when he logged his fifth 100-yard receiving game in the Northern Iowa contest... finished with 106 yards on five receptions and added a 19-yard kickoff return... caught six passes for 69 yards and a touchdown in the victory at South Dakota... team-leading seven receptions at South Dakota State, totaling 82 yards which included a 41-yard TD reception... caught six passes for 70 yards and a touchdown against Indiana State... set the season receptions mark early in the first quarter against the Sycamores.

FRESHMAN (2013): MVFC All-Newcomer Team... only one of two true-freshmen on the team to play... started in all 12 games... became first Leatherneck freshman to lead the team in season receiving yards finishing with 489... second on the team with 39 receptions... team-leading seven touchdown catches - most ever by a Leatherneck freshman and was the second-highest total nationally by a freshman... tied for ninth on the WIU season 'Top 10' list for touchdown receptions... led the Leathernecks with five catches in his debut game against Hampton, finished with 29 yards... caught two passes for 16 yards against Quincy... game-high five catches totaling 54 yards at Minnesota and caught his first collegiate TD (11 yards), to put Western ahead in the third quarter... played and started at UNLV, recording an 8-yard rush... caught a 4-yard pass against South Dakota... recorded seven catches for 105 yards and TDs (both in third quarter) at Illinois State... had a TD catch of 42 and 13 yards while recording first 100-yard game in 12 contests by Western... played against South Dakota State... team-leading 86 receiving yards and a touchdown (on four receptions) at Youngstown State... caught four passes for 57 yards against Missouri State, including a 19-yard touchdown... matched a season-high of two touchdowns against Southern Illinois, totaling 62 yards on four receptions... caught a 5-yard pass at Indiana State... six receptions totaling 71 yards at Northern Iowa, including a long of 25 yards... also had a 56-yard kickoff return in the contest.
