2008 (Junior season): Blocked a punt and returned it 36 yards for a touchdown in a win at North Dakota State... had a 12-yard sack and a season-high eight tackles at Arkansas... totaled 16 tackles and two for loss on the season... appeared in all 11 games, starting against Arkansas and Stephen F. Austin... earned the team's Green Beret Award for outstanding contributions to the kicking game.

2007 (Sophomore season): Played in all 11 games at backup linebacker... totaled 14 tackles, 1.5 for loss and a pair of sacks... had a season-best five stops and two sacks against St. Francis.

2006 (Redshirt-Freshman season): Tallied 21 total tackles, including 16 while starting the last three games... appeared in nine games... had a career-high six tackles, a sack and a pass breakup in the season finale.

2005 (Freshman season): Redshirted... recognized as Scout Team Co-Defensive Player of the Year.

High School
Named to several all-area and all-state teams... a three-time sectional champ and state qualifier in wrestling... earned fifth place in the state meet as a junior, finishing with a 35-1 record... posted a 31-4 mark wrestling in the 275-pound weight class as a senior.
