MACOMB, Ill.- The Western Illinois University women's bowling team has announced the addition of Taylor Lane, who will join the Leathernecks for the 2026 season.

A native of Lockport, Illinois, Lane competed at Lockport Township High School, where she developed into a dedicated and competitive student-athlete. In addition to her success in bowling, she also competed in softball, showcasing her versatility and commitment across multiple sports.

Lane expressed enthusiasm about continuing both her academic and athletic career at Western Illinois. "I chose WIU because it is an amazing opportunity to continue my athletic career at the next level while still being able to achieve my academic goals," she said.
