Leathernecks Return Home to Take on Tennessee Tech
Western Illinois returns to Macomb this weekend to take on Tennessee Tech. The Leathernecks are looking to bounce back after falling on the road in their last series at Eastern Illinois. The Golden Eagles are currently 3rd in the OVC with a 9-3 record. The Leathernecks will look to get back into the win column. Western Illinois is 2-9 in the series all-time against Tennessee Tech. In last year's series, we were swept by Tennessee Tech on the road. The Leathernecks' last victory against the Golden Eagles came in 2024, when they defeated them 11-6 at home.
