Preseason Recognition | Defenders Lauryn Peters and Bridget Schuler were both named 2021 Summit League Preseason Players to Watch. The duo anchored four shutouts and started all 18 games and played all 1660 minutes last year.

Newcomers | This season the Purple and Gold welcomed nine newcomers - Isabel Navas Rodriguez, Lauriane Castonguay, Ella Kiely, Audrey Narine, Maddie Hasken, Emma Brinkmann, Bailey Burlingham, Grace McLaughlin, and Angie Knies

Schedule Format | The league's nine members will play a 16-match regular season with a double-round robin format with each team receiving one bye during the spring season. Teams will play the same opponent twice at one site.

The regular season will precede a Summit League Championship event in those sports, which will feature the top four teams from the regular season competing for a chance to earn the league's automatic bid to the subsequent NCAA Championship.

Up Next | The Leathernecks return home for back-to-back weekends series against Kansas City (Feb. 26 & 28) and North Dakota (March 5 & 7).
