Leatherneck Club Social on Friday Night in Champaign

Event set from 6-8 p.m. and all WIU fans are welcome to attend

MACOMB, Ill. – Western Illinois football fans in attendance for the game at Illinois this weekend are welcome to attend the Leatherneck Club social Friday night (Sept. 11).

The social will take place from 6-8 p.m. at the Hawthorn Suites Champaign-Urbana room (101 Trade Center Drive in Champaign). The event will feature appetizers and a cash bar. No pre-registration is needed to attend the social.

All WIU fans are welcome, and Leatherneck Club members will receive a special gift for attending. Interim director of athletics Matt Tanney and head coach Bob Nielson will speak to the crowd.
