Senior goalkeeper Yves Dietrich (Floeha, Germany) was named Papa John’s Scholar-Athlete of the Week on Monday (Sept. 8). It is the second weekly award of the academic year.
 
Dietrich set two career-highs through four games over the weekend in matches against number eight Creighton and the Green Bay Phoenix. He set new personal highs through four games in saves and goals allowed in regulation.
 
Dietrich made eight saves against nationally ranked Creighton on Friday and five more saves against Green Bay on Sunday. The senior captain also recorded his first career shot with a heading attempt in Sunday's match against the Phoenix. 

Through four games in 2014, Dietrich has amassed 22 saves which currently ranks sixth nationally and allowed only three goals in regulation plus one overtime strike against UNLV in the season opener. 
 
Dietrich boasts a 3.919 GPA majoring in Psychology
