Led by a career-best finish from senior Alex Krehbiel, the Western Illinois women's golf program placed third at the Indiana State Spring Invitational Monday (April 9).
 
Krehbiel tied for second, which beat her previous-best of tying for fifth at the same tournament just a season ago. The senior capped off her two-round total with a 151 to finish 7-over par.
