Senior Ann Miller (Bettendorf, Iowa/Bettendorf) was named Papa John's 'Scholar-Athlete of the Week' on Monday (Oct. 13) for her performance on the field and in the classroom. This is the third time in Miller's career being named named the 'Scholar-Athlete of the Week'.
Miller recorded 23 kills in a 3-0 sweep over South Dakota State on Sunday (Oct. 12). Miller, who registered 34 kills on the weekend, currently ranks fifth all-time in kills with 1,183. Her 830 kills on the season rank third in the league and 21st in the country.Â
A Summit League Distinguished Scholar her freshman year, and one of 30 finalists for the Senior CLASS Award this season, Miller maintains a 3.911 GPA while majoring in Supply Chain Management.Â
