PERSONAL: Daughter of Michelle and Chet Steckler... Biology/Chemistry major... chose Western because, "It's a great opportunity for me to pursue my dreams as a D1 collegiate athlete at a competitive and high level. Furthermore, I feel that I could excel not only on the court, but in the classroom as well. They offer a great program to prepare me for dental and orthodontic school and also a great environment to study and be apart. I am looking forward to continuing my volleyball career at Western next fall and growing as a person and a player in the program the coaches are building."
