Alyson Londot officially joined the Leatherneck volleyball staff in March of 2022. She brings a wealth of volleyball experience, having played five seasons at Division-I Robert Morris and coached four years for the Pittsburg Elite Volleyball Club.
Londot played five seasons under head coach Dale Starr when both were at Robert Morris, appearing in 105 matches and earning All-Conference Academic recognition every season. While playing for RMU, she was a coach at team-run summer camps where she assisted Coach Starr in developing the skills of high school athletes while also leading games and activities throughout the camp.

The Utica, Ohio, native also coached for the Pittsburgh Elite Volleyball Club, a position she's held since January of 2018. As a club coach, she was tasked with organizing practice plans and teaching players aged 10-18 foundational skills of the game. During her time with Pittsburgh Elite, Londot also helped the Robert Morris Athletic Media Relations department with organizing games and running social media pages.

She graduated from RMU in December of 2021 with degrees in Communications and Organizational Leadership.
