2020-21 (SENIOR): Team assist leader (386) ... reached over 1,000 career assists on March 5 at North Dakota State ... finished eighth in Summit League individuals in assists per set (6.36) ... remained in the league's 'top ten' for that category all season long ... led WIU in service aces (14) and second on the team in digs (151) ... pieced back-to-back matches of 47 and 45 assists ... ultimately had 11 matches of 20 or more assists ... had six matches of double-digit numbers in digs.
2019 (JUNIOR): Played in 28 out of 29 total matches… totaled 417 assists… notched 33 service aces… had 150 digs.
2018 (SOPHOMORE): Played in 72 sets… had eight kills… also totaled 228 assists and 100 digs.
2017 (FRESHMAN): Summit League's Academic Honor Roll... Appeared in 20 matches with one start… saw action in 50 sets… notched 121 assists in her freshman season... recorded more than 10 assists in six matches… logged a season-high 18 assists against Evansville… ended the season recording a season-high in digs with 11.
HIGH SCHOOL: Hunt was a 4-year varsity letter winner... Named her team's Most Valuable Player following both her junior and senior seasons... Was also tabbed All-Conference following her junior and senior seasons... Earned Conference MVP honors following her senior year... Vice President of the Lil Sis Big Sis program at Sycamore High School.
CHOSE WESTERN ILLINOIS BECAUSE:Â "I chose WIU because when I visited it felt like the perfect fit for me. I loved the campus, town, and people. The coaches and the girls on the team all made me feel so comfortable. Playing at a school where my family can easily come watch me play is important. The team is like one big family.
