HIGH SCHOOL: A multi-event athlete, Busch comes to Western as her high school's record holder in the high jump and pole vault. She placed fifth in the 2A Illinois Top Times meet in the high jump and was a Big Northern Conference champion in the event as well. Busch, who is a four-year varsity letterwinner, was a State qualifier as a freshman as the anchor in the 4x200. As a senior, Busch was the team MVP of the cross country team and was the sole sectional qualifier.
