Biography
2023-24: During the outdoor season, ran the third-fastest 10,000 meters in program history and was part of the fourth-fastest distance medley in program history. Finished sixth in both the 5000 and 10,000 at the OVC Championships. Ran a PR in the 10,000 at the Drake Relays (35:56.72), finishing 14th. Won the SIUE Cougar Classic in the 3000 with a PR of 10:15.90. During indoor season, finished 13th at the OVC Championships in the 3000 and 5000 meters.
