BEFORE WIU:Â Joining Western Illinois all the way from New Jersey, Marshall was a standout hurdler at Winslow Township High School. She holds personal bests of 14.78 in the 100 hurdles and 1:05.02 in the 400 hurdles. Marshall also qualified to the New Balance Outdoor National Championships in Philadelphia earlier this summer.
