HIGH SCHOOL: A four-time Illinois High School Association State qualifier and State medalist at Washington High School. She joins the Purple and Gold as a state qualifier in the 400, 800 (three times), 4x800 (four times) and 4x400 (twice) meter relays. She earned state titles in the 4x800 meter relay in 2014 and 2016, and a state runner up in 2017. Her personal best in the open 800-meter relay is 2:19.14.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Mark Ritter and Zanara Katauskas...born June 3, 1999 in Peoria, Ill.... Lists her mom as her biggest sports influence because "she has always been willing to put me in any sport I wanted to try. Without her, I wouldn't be where I am today."...... Her hobbies include tumbling, dancing, cooking and traveling... Favorite prefessional sports team is the Chicago Blackhawks.... Business Management Major.
