Biography
SENIOR (Fall 2021): Made 18 appearances (18 starts), playing a team-high 1,641 minutes on the Leatherneck back-line and tying Natalie Nagle for the all-time program record with 85 total appearances… played 90+ minutes in 17 of 18 games, helping Western achieve three shutouts… recorded an assist against Illinois State on Aug. 26… finished the season with seven shots (three on goal).
SENIOR (Spring 2021): Summit League Preseason Player to Watch… Started all 16 games for the third consecutive season… second on the team in minutes (1459)... picked up an assist at South Dakota (March 12)... played all 90 minutes or more 14 times… had seven shots with three on goal.
JUNIOR (2019): Summit League Preseason Player to Watch… Started all 18 games for the second straight season… played all 1660 minutes… helped anchor a backline that recorded four shutouts with three consecutive against Chicago State (Sept. 30), Omaha (Oct. 3) and Purdue Fort Wayne (Oct. 5)... scored a goal off a corner against Purdue Fort Wayne (Oct. 5)... totaled four shots, one on goal.
SOPHOMORE (2018): Started 18 matches for the Leathernecks… recorded 28 shots, 14 shots on goal and had one goal and two assists… recorded 1,519 total minutes for the season.
FRESHMAN (2017): Appeared in 17 matches with 15 starts for the Leathernecks as a freshman… recorded 19 shots, 12 shots on goal and four points off one goal and two assists… recorded a career-high of three points against Chicago State with one goal and one assist… also had an assist against Fort Wayne on Oct. 8…
HIGH SCHOOL: Joins the Leathernecks after being named an All State Class 4A Honorable Mention honoree at West Valley High School… also a First Team All-League in 2015-16 and also Honorable Mention in 2014… selected to the All-State Tournament Team in 2015-16… also a two-year captain and the leading scorer for West Valley High School in 2016 at outside back… also lettered in track and basketball during her high school career… a member of the National Honor Society.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Darin and Christy Peters… brother Dylan played baseball as a pitcher at Lindfield College for three years… former teammates with Natalie Nagle and Ashley Kuhlmann in high school… most memorable sports moment is making it to the final four three out of four years and making it to the championship game twice and also making a 46-yard shot to tie the quarterfinal game and later win… her parents are her biggest influences because” “They have always supporter me through everything with school and sports. Also my coaches Marty Lackey and John Schubert have taught me almost everything about soccer” … hobbies include camping, boating, surfing and wakeboarding… majoring in Business.
