SENIOR (2024): Appeared in 6 matches, starting in 1 of those matches against Southern Indiana (Oct. 27)... Played a season high of 90 minutes in her last career game as a Leatherneck against Southern Indiana (Oct. 27)... Recorded an assist to the only goal against Tennesee Tech (Oct. 20)... PERSONAL/PREVIOUS: Karaline Gray is an outside back from Naples, Fla., who most recently played at Monroe College in New Rochelle, N.Y. In two seasons as a Mustang, Gray made 22 appearances with 17 starts, scoring one goal and adding five assists in 876 minutes on the field. She finished with a career-best three points thanks one goal and two assists in a win over Ulster County Community College on Oct. 15 of this season while providing assists in two other contests.

WHY SHE CHOSE WESTERN: Gray, who credits her parents as the biggest influence on her athletic career, noted multiple reasons for choosing Western Illinois. "I chose Western because of the philosophies of head coach Josee Primeau and I felt that those paralleled my playing style," Gray said. "Throughout the transfer process I felt 100% supported by Western the entire time, making the decision easy that this would be my new home."
