Biography
SOPHOMORE (2021): Made one appearance, checking in against IUPUI on Sept. 12.
FRESHMAN (Spring 2021): Played in three games… made Leatherneck and collegiate debut in season opener vs. Denver (Feb. 12).
HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letter winner… named All-Conference junior year… totaled 11 goals and 17 assists… member of the National Honors Society… also participated in cross country and basketball.
PERSONAL: Born October 6, 2001… daughter of James and Trisha McLaughlin… choose Western because of the environment, academics and athletics… most memorable sports moment was scoring a goal in the Regional Championship against Lincoln-Way East who they lost to a year prior… cites her father as biggest influence, “He was a college athlete himself, even though it was basketball. He never missed a game and was my biggest supporter through it all”... hobbies and interests include running, being outdoors, physical therapy and the medical field… plans to major in health sciences.
