Erin Sullivan is in her fourth season with the Western Illinois women's basketball team and enters her first as a graduate manager. Her duties with the program include coordinating team meals, equipment management and practice/travel execution.Â
Sullivan graduated from Western Illinois in the spring of 2018 with Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Park, & Tourism Administration (RPTA) and a minor in nutrition. She was named RPTA Departmental Scholar. After graduation, she completed her degree with a sports management internship at Chicago Sport and Social Club (CSSC), an adult sport league based in Chicago, IL. Her responsibilities at CSSC included coordinating and implementing the beach volleyball league, which has grown into the largest beach league in the country.
After her time with Leatherneck women's basketball is done, Sullivan is interested in going into campus recreation professionally.Â
