SENIOR (2015): Appeared in three games off the bench, facing Loras, Bradley, and Milwaukee.

JUNIOR (2014): Came off the bench for two games... Registered 23 minutes... Appeared against High Point (Sept. 14) and Valparaiso (Sept. 19).

SOPHOMORE (2013): Played in four games off the bench... Took his lone shot of the season against Valparaiso (Sept. 22).

FRESHMAN (2012): Appeared in six matches off the bench...Scored a goal in his first collegiate game, a loss to Oakland...Also took shots against IUPUI and Oral Roberts, including a shot on goal against IUPUI.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Boylan Central Catholic High School...earned three varsity soccer letters...helped Boylan Central Catholic to a 2010 IHSA 3A state championship and a regional in 2011...scored seven goals and six assists in 2011 for Boylan Central Catholic en route to a Northern Illinois Conference (NIC-10) title, as the team posted a 25-1-3 record.

PERSONAL: Born July 21, 1993...son of Lynn and Jean Tryggestad...Majoring in Agronomy...favorite professional sports team is Liverpool...Blake Shelton is his favorite musician...hobbies include working on the farm, tractors, canoeing and fishing...lists Paul Roe as a major influence on his sports career for his passion and showing him the true sport.
