Biography
JUNIOR (Spring 2021): Appeared in 12 games with four starts… played all 110 minutes at Bradley (April 8)... logged 583 minutes… had two shots with one on goal.
SOPHOMORE (2019): Appeared in 16 games with six starts… accumulated 813 minutes… tied career-high in shots (9)... had three shots at IUPUI (Oct. 30).
FRESHMAN (2018): Played 927 minutes on the season with eight starts… had nine shots with five on goal… scored two goals and added one assist for a total of five points.
HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Iowa City High School… four-year letter winner in high school, where he earned MVC All-Conference Honorable Mention, a State Runner-Up finish and was named team captain from his sophomore through his senior year… Academically, he was named to the National Honor Society twice and earned the Honor Roll each trimester through all four years of high school.
PERSONAL: Born Nov. 28, 1999… son of Jeff and Julie Dancer… most memorable sports moment is Beating his high school rival on his home field in a penalty kick shootout in front of thousands of fans… “My club coach has been the major influence on my sports career because he is the person that taught me what it takes to find success in sports. He always would say that however hard I’m working there is going to be someone working twice as hard somewhere else. This stuck with me and is what drives me to give my all”… hobbies include community service, enjoying nature, traveling, skiing, basketball, bowling and spending time with his family.
