Biography
FRESHMAN (2020-21): Saw action in 18 games… scored six points and grabbed four rebounds at Iowa (Dec. 22)... averaged 5.1 minutes per game… had a bucket in The Summit League Championship Semifinal vs. Omaha (March 8).
HIGH SCHOOL: Earned four varsity letters in basketball… played for coach Chad Jilek… helped team win the 2020 State Championship… three time Second Team All-State selection… broke single game rebound record of 26… broke record for games played and career wins… became third player to exceed 500 career rebounds… Dean's List member all four years… received three varsity letters in volleyball.
PERSONAL: Born Jan. 18, 2002… daughter of Chris and Mel Mock… choose Western because “It felt instantly like home and I loved the community here. The program was a perfect fit for me and my laid back personality and the coaching staff would never try to change it.”... favorite sports memory was winning the state championship her senior year… says friend and basketball coach Mike McDermott is the biggest influence, “He taught me discipline and hard work. I l gained courage and strength after playing for him for so long.”... hobbies include hiking, shopping, playing with her dogs and hanging out with friends… plans to major in nursing.
