Redshirt-Freshman (2013): Appeared in 10 games with four starts… started the first game of the season at Arkansas as the DH and made two plate appearances... had three plate appearances in the Arkansas State series, including an RBI on 2/24… recorded first career triple at Iowa on 4/2… also scored two runs and stole a base on 4/2… scored one run and drew a walk on 5/5 vs. South Dakota State.

Freshman (2012): Redshirted.

High School: All-Conference (2010 and 2011)... Perfect Game Iowa Select (2009 and 2010)... team finished as state runner-up in consecutive seasons... started every game at shortstop from sophomore to senior season... while hitting lead-off his senior season he collected a .402 average... second on the team with 51 hits, 41 runs scored, 12 doubles and 21 walks... drove in 29 runs... earned three baseball letters and one basketball letter.
