2010 Summit League Winter/Spring Academic All-League Selection
2010 (REDSHIRT-SENIOR): Was a CoSIDA/ESPN The Magazine Academic all-District selection... led the team and was fifth in The Summit League with 19 doubles... hit 12 doubles in league play... his 19 doubles are tied for fourth all-time in a single season at Western... ended his career ranked ninth in career doubles (33) in Leatherneck history... finished second on the team in runs (43) third in homers (4) and fifth in batting average (.312)... was 11-for-14 in stolen base attempts, good for second on the team and eighth in the league... recorded a 10-game hitting streak (3/23-4/9)... scored three runs on four separate occasions... had multiple hits in 20 games and recorded a hit in 40 of his 53 games... knocked in multiple runs on 12 occasions... drew two walks on five separate occasions... was 2-for-4 with three RBI and one run at UALR (3/23)... had a career high five hits against Illinois College (5/4, 5-for-5, one double, two RBI, three runs)... drove in three runs in game two at Centenary (5/18) and game one at South Dakota State (5/22)... ended his career with 83 runs scored, 71 RBI and a .317 batting average in 115 games.
2009 (SENIOR): Received medical redshirt after suffering season ending injury 11 games into the season... named to Collegiate Baseball Newspaper's Summit League Preseason Player to Watch List... led team with .357 batting average at the time of injury... two doubles and one triple to go along with 10 runs scored and four RBIs... picked up hits in all but two games played and reach base safely in all but one game... did not commit an error in 40 chances... collected five hits in series at No. 16 Oklahoma (February 20-22)... went 2-for-5 with two runs and two stolen bases in upset win over No. 11 Oklahoma State (March 18)... carries a five-game hitting streak into the 2010 season… posted a 4.0 GPA in consecutive semesters.
2008 (JUNIOR): Named The Summit League All-Tournament Team… batting .538 over the three games, which included a streak of five consecutive at-bats with a hit... led the team with 12 doubles, tied for second in RBI with 26 and finished third with a .312 batting average... hit a 3-run walk-off homer against North Dakota State (May 12)... 4-for-4 with four RBI against Southern Utah in the opening round of The Summit League Tournament... batted a team-best .370 in Summit League games which ranked ninth overall in the league... received Summit League Winter/Spring Academic All-League Team honors.
AT COWLEY CC: Hit .335 with 16 doubles and three home runs... starting second baseman in 2006 JUCO World Series.
HIGH SCHOOL: Named All-Conference and received Honorable Mention All-Area in junior and senior seasons.
