Payton Durham enters his second season on staff at Western Illinois University. Durham primarily coaches the Outfielders and assists in Recruiting.
In his first year with the Leathernecks, Durham oversaw the outfielders and assisted with everyday hitting duties. The season concluded with Cesar Franco becoming an undrafted free-agent signee to the Oakland Athletics.
