Q: How do I register for the Purple & Gold Auction?
A: You can register online by visiting wiu.maestroweb.com or by calling (309) 298-1190.
Q: Will I have a reserved seat at a table once I am registered?
A: No! Beginning this year, only groups who resister at once with a payment of $360 will have their seats reserved. All other seats will be on a first come first serve basis.
Q: Are reserved tables only available with a credit card purchase?
A: Reserved tables can be purchased with checks or cash, the total has to be $360, however. Multiple checks totaling $360 in the same envelope will also be accepted.
Q: Is there a benefit to saving my credit card on file while registering on wiu.maestroweb.com?
A: Yes! Saving a credit card on file will allow you to skip the checkout line following the event. Your card will be saved with your bidder number and you will automatically be charged for any items you win during Purple & Gold!
Q: Can I register at the door and pay for my items with cash or a check?
A: Yes, although we do recommend registering in advance and saving a credit card on file as it will cut down on lines following the event.
